City Council, at its meeting on July 16, 17 and 18, 2019, directed that the Budget Committee Public Presentation meetings be held on January 20 and 21, 2020 (ST3.1). It is important that the 2020 Budget Process is widely accessible, and that the public knows well in advance when and where they may make presentations to the Budget Committee. I am therefore recommending that in order to hear from the greatest number of people, that two Budget Subcommittees be established to hear public presentations in different locations across the City.
