Heisey Q.C. has lived in Toronto for his entire life both downtown and in North York He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1978 and has practised law for over 30 years. Alan has contributed considerable time during his career to public service, including as a board member for the Toronto Parking Authority, the Toronto Police Services, and the TTC. He was an advocate for a connected network of protected bike lanes in the downtown core which has been partially realised.

    Julie Osborne Julie Osborne is an experienced senior media executive. She led some of Canada's best-known media brands including Maclean's, Canadian Business and Hello Canada and was the first woman in the over 100 year history of Maclean's Magazine to hold the position of Publisher. She has served on the boards of The Writers' Trust of Canada, Magazines Canada, Canadian Women in Communications and the Tarragon Theatre. She is trilingual and graduated from Ivey with an MBA in 1987.
