City Council, in accordance with the City's Public Appointments Policy, appoint the following nominees to the Business Improvement Area Boards of Management set out below at pleasure of Council, and for a term expiring at the end of the term of Council or as soon afterwards as successors are appointed: Mount Pleasant Village: David Zammit Upper Village: Ismail Khalaf Jonathan Elliot Lewis Elainea Marks Amanda Rose Martin Spring

The purpose of this report is to appoint directors to the Mount Pleasant Village and Upper Village Business Improvement Area (BIA) Boards of Management for the new term of Council and make necessary changes to Schedule A of the Municipal Code, Chapter 19. The Mount Pleasant Village and Upper Village BIAs falls within two Community Council boundaries.
