report responds to City Council's request that SSHA report quarterly to City Council through the Economic and Community Development Committee, with information on service improvements and modernization initiatives made to the centralized waiting list, accuracy of waiting list data, an update on vacant units, the status of implementation of the new choice-based model, as well as progress made on the recommendations outlined by the Auditor General (Appendix A).
