City Council request the City Manager to report, in the third quarter of 2019, on the distribution of flight paths across the City of Toronto and the associated noise, and that the report also: a. consider that noise levels are not consistent along the entire flight path and can be higher or lower depending on altitude, turning, accelerating/decelerating, and other factors; b.
