This report outlines our investigation to reduce the speed limits on Homeview Avenue, White Avenue and Pritchard Avenue from 50 km/h to 30 km/h, between Jane Street and Florence Crescent. The results of the analysis indicate that the criteria to reduce the speed limits down to 30 km/h were not satisfied.
