Requested the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter the roadway on Chapman Road, between Royal York Road and Chapman Road/Arcade Drive, for traffic calming purposes, generally as shown on Drawings EY19-017A and EY19-017B, dated December 2018, attached to the report entitled "Traffic Calming - Chapman Road, between Royal York Road and Chapman Road/Arcade Drive." b. Directed Transportation Services to take the necessary actions to reduce the speed limit from 40 km/h to 30 km/h on Chapman Road, between Royal York Road and Chapman Road/Arcade Drive, when the speed humps are installed.
