As the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) operates bus service on Islington Avenue, City Council approval of this report is required. The purpose of this report is to designate a two-way centre left-turn only lane on Islington Avenue, between a point 106 metres north of Dixon Road and a point 54.8 metres south of Kingsview Boulevard. It is appropriate to designate a two-way centre left turn lane based on the existing lane configuration and to allow left turns into driveways on both sides of Islington Avenue.
