Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter sections of the roadway on Waterford Drive for traffic calming enhancement, generally as shown on Drawing EY19-058, dated August 2019 and circulated to residents during the polling process. c. Reduced the speed limit from 40 km/h to 30 km/h on Waterford Drive, between Wincott Drive and Holgate Street, when the speed humps are installed.
