This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. The purpose of this report is to obtain approval to prohibit parking at all times on the north side of Muskoka Avenue, between Thirty Third Street and Long Branch Avenue. The proposed prohibition is a result of a petition signed by the majority of homeowners in the affected area, forwarded by the Ward Councillor, to address concerns regarding congestion and long term parking within the subject area.

Staff recommended

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Etobicoke York Community Council prohibit parking at all times on the north side of Muskoka Avenue, between Thirty Third Street and Long Branch Avenue.
