In accordance with Section 195-8.4A of the Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 195 (Purchasing By-Law), granted authority to the Chief Engineer and Executive Director, Engineering and Construction Services to negotiate and enter into agreements with CH2M Hill Canada Limited, being the highest overall scoring proponent meeting the requirements of RFP No. 9117-18-7185 to provide Professional Engineering Services for the Detailed Design, Services During Construction and Post Construction Services for the Fairbank Silverthorn Storm Trunk Sewer System, in the amount of $29,942,550 net of HST and all applicable charges ($30,469,539 net of HST recoveries), including disbursements, provisional allowances and contingencies as follows: a.

One (1) engineering agreement and one (1) purchase order for the preliminary and detailed design services, in an amount not to exceed $14,534,809 net of HST, including labour, disbursements, provisional allowance and contingency amount; b. One (1) engineering agreement and two (2) purchase orders for Services during Construction and Post Construction Services: 1. Services During Construction, in an amount not to exceed $14,971,781 net of HST, including labour, disbursements, provisional allowance and contingency amount; and, 2. Post Construction Services, in an amount not to exceed $435,960 net of HST, including labour, disbursements, provisional allowance and contingency amount. All in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in the Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 9117-18-7185 and any other terms and conditions satisfactory to the Chief Engineer and Executive Director, Engineering and Construction Services and in a form satisfactory to the City Solicitor.
