City Council on October 29 and 30, 2019, adopted the following: 1. City Council enact the By-laws in Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (October 22, 2019) from the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning, amending Zoning By-laws 902-2019 and 903-2019, being site-specific amendments to City-wide Zoning By-law 569-2013 and the Etobicoke Zoning Code, for the lands located at 1629, 1631 and 1633 The Queensway. 2.

City Council determine that the changes contained within the amending Zoning By-laws are minor, technical in nature, and reflective of the original proposal and plans considered by City Council and, pursuant to subsection 34(17) of the Planning Act, that no further notice is required in respect of the proposed amendments to the Zoning By-laws. 3. City Council authorize the City Solicitor to make such stylistic and technical changes to the draft amending Zoning By-laws as may be required.
