City Council on December 17 and 18, 2019, adopted the following: 1. City Council amend its decision on Item TE9.9 by deleting Part 7.c. and replacing it with the following new Part c: c. prior to the issuance of the first above-grade building permit, a cash contribution of $80,000 towards the provision of new rental housing units as part of the Alexandra Park and Atkinson Housing Co-operative Revitalization, to be directed

At its meeting on October 29 and 30, 2019 City Council approved Item TE9.9, a re-zoning application for 96 Spadina Avenue and 379, 383, 385 and 391 Adelaide Street West. However, a technical error in Part 7.c. duplicated Section 37 contributions to community services and facilities, while removing contributions to the provision of new rental housing units as part of the Alexandra Park and Atkinson Housing Co-operative Revitalization.
