In the report (February 11, 2019) from the Director, Community Planning Etobicoke York District, Community Planning Staff opposed the proposed Application. A copy of the Planning report is attached. Although a triplex is a permitted building type on the subject site, Community Planning Staff opined that a triplex would not be consistent with the established character of the neighbourhood as all the other lots on the street, and within the subject zone (Residential Multiple), are developed with one-storey single detached dwellings.
