As the city filed it
When By-law 546-2019 was enacted by City Council at its meeting on March 27 and 28, 2019 for the Zoning By-law Amendment for the development at 30 Tippett Road, the Bill submitted to Council, in error, did not contain the provisions for the community benefits to be provided to the City under Section 37 of the Planning Act, including Schedule A to By-law 546-2019. Therefore, an amendment to By-law 546-2019 is required in order to add these provisions.

This is an urgent matter as the Section 37 provisions need to be added to By-law 546-2019 prior to the issuance of a building permit for the development.
