City Council on June 18 and 19, 2019, adopted the following: 1. City Council approve the reallocation of 2019 cash flows and project costs within TO Live's 2019 Council Approved Capital Budget in the amount of $1,133,000 from the "Sony Door Replacement" project (CHU008-05) to "Replace Roofs: Mezzanine/Stage Tower" project (CHU008-03), with zero gross and debt impact.

At its meeting on June 13, 2019, the Board of Directors of TO Live, considered Item CT4.16 - Reallocation of State of Good Repair Capital Funding: http://app.toronto.ca/tmmis/viewAgendaItemHistory.do?item=2019.CT4.16 The purpose of this Motion is to seek City Council's approval to increase the budget for one previously scheduled capital project. Funding for this project will come from the reallocation of a previously approved stage of good repair project.
