As the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) operates bus service on Hotspur Road and Neptune Drive, City Council approval of this report is required. Transportation Services is requesting City Council to authorize the installation of all-way stop control at the intersection of Neptune Drive and Hotspur Road. The installation of an all-way stop control is justified at the intersection of Neptune Drive and Hotspur Road and recommended to clearly establish the right-of-way and enhance pedestrian and vehicular safety at this intersection.

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. City Council authorize all-way stop control at the intersection of Neptune Drive and Hotspur Road.
