City Council on December 17 and 18, 2019, adopted the following: 1. City Council enact the Zoning By-law Amendments substantially in accordance with Attachment 1 to the report (November 19, 2019) from the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning. 2. City Council authorize the City Solicitor to make such stylistic and technical changes to the Zoning By-law Amendments as may be required.

This report proposes technical amendments to Zoning By-law 569-2013 to correct typographical errors; add, remove or replace words; revise regulations in order to clarify or correct interpretations and update cross-references; make adjustments to zoning and overlay map boundaries; and remove lands from the by-law. Technical changes are also proposed for site-specific zoning amendments to Zoning By-law 569-2013 to make minor corrections.
