Directed that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (November 27, 2018) from the Chief Financial Officer, CreateTO remain confidential in its entirety, as it contains financial information that belongs to the Board of Directors of CreateTO and has monetary value or potential monetary value.

2018 is the first year of operations for CreateTO. The firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers was selected as auditors for the year ended December 31, 2018 and they have prepared a draft audit plan for review and approval.

The Chief Financial Officer recommends that the Board of CreateTO: 1. Approve the 2018 Draft Audit Plan as set out in Confidential Attachment 1. 2. Direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential in its entirety, as it contains financial information that belongs to the Board of Directors of CreateTO and has monetary value or potential monetary value.
