On the agenda

As the city filed it

This staff report is about a matter that the Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. This report recommends that the Community Council to authorize to refuse the installation of an All-Way Stop Control at the intersection of Presley Avenue and Vernadale Crescent as the existing conditions do not meet the warrant for the installation of such a traffic control device. This location currently has a stop control facing the eastbound on Vernadale Crescent approach of this T-type intersection.

Staff recommended

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Scarborough Community Council not authorize all-way compulsory stop control at the intersection of Presley Avenue and Vernadale Crescent.
