This staff report is about a matter for which the Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. This report recommends the installation of a U-turn prohibition on Burrows Hall Boulevard between Dailing Gate and Purvis Crescent (west intersection). Prohibiting U-turns will provide a safer environment for all road users along this section of Burrows Hall Boulevard which is located adjacent to Burrows Hall Junior Public School.

Staff recommended

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services, recommends that: 1. Scarborough Community Council prohibit eastbound and westbound U-turns at all times on Burrows Hall Boulevard, between Dailing Gate and Purvis Crescent (west intersection).
