City Council rescind the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times on the north and west side of Kingston Road, between Victoria Park Avenue and Highway 401. 2. City Council rescind the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times on the south and east side of Kingston Road, between Highway 401 and Port Union Road. 3. City Council rescind the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times on the south and east side of Kingston Road, between Victoria Park Avenue and the Highway 401 Westbound Off-Ramp.
