Prohibited parking from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. on both sides of all streets within the Scarborough Community Council's delegated authority under Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 27, in the Ward 22 area bounded by, Victoria Park Avenue, Highway 401, Midland Avenue and Finch Avenue East.

This staff report is about a matter for which the Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. This report provides the results of Transportations Services review of the experience of the overnight parking prohibition in the former Ward 39 area that was approved in October 2017.
