The Toronto and East York Community Council directed that: 1. Additional mailing costs resulting from an expanded notification area for the community consultation meeting to be held on October 28, 2019 beyond 120 metres from the site be borne by the applicant. 2. Staff continue to work with the applicant to address issues identified in this report and additional issues that may be identified through the continuing review of the applications, agency comments and the community consultation process.

This report provides information and identifies a preliminary set of issues regarding the applications for a mixed-use development including office, retail and residential uses plus a daycare and new open space above the rail corridor at 315 and 325 Front Street West and the rail corridor between Blue Jays Way and John Street/Rod Robbie Bridge. Staff are currently reviewing the applications. They have been circulated to all appropriate agencies and City divisions for comment.
