As the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) operates a transit service on Bay Street, City Council approval of this report is required. At the request of the TTC, Transportation Services is recommending amendments to the existing parking regulations on Bay Street, between Harbour Street and Queens Quay West, in order to improve transit operations along this corridor and to incorporate a temporary transfer stop specific for Family of Service customers.
