As the city filed it

My office has received numerous reports of speeding and dangerous driving on Joe Shuster way, with this local road being used by wayfinding applications to move between two arterial roads. Joe Shuster is adjacent to a playground and a dog run, and has a posted speed of 30km/h. After receiving these reports, I received two petitions for the installation of speed humps totalling 89 signatures, with more being collected in the community.
