This report provides information and identifies a preliminary set of issues regarding the application for a 5-storey mixed-use building located at 17 St. Andrew Street. Staff are currently reviewing the application. It has been circulated to all appropriate agencies and City divisions for comment. It is City Planning staff's opinion that the proposed building is not supportable in its current form due to its height and massing and will continue to work with the applicant to address the issues identified n this report.
