The Toronto and East York Community Council: 1. Authorized the closure of the north sidewalk and westbound curb lane of Eastern Avenue, from the west side of Logan Avenue to the eastside of Booth Avenue, from December 2, 2019 to March 31, 2022. 2. Authorized the closure of the west sidewalk and 1.7 metre portion of the southbound lane on Logan Avenue from Eastern Avenue and a point 90 metres further north, from December 2, 2019 to March 31, 2022.

3. Rescinded the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times on the north side of Eastern Avenue, from Logan Avenue to Booth Avenue. 4. Rescinded the existing stopping prohibition in effect from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., Monday to Friday, except public holidays, on the north side of Eastern Avenue, from Booth Avenue to Logan Avenue. 5. Amended the existing permit parking regulation in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., on the west-side of Logan Avenue, from Queen Street East to Eastern Avenue, to be from Queen Street East to a point 90 metres north of Eastern Avenue. 9. Prohibited stopping at all times on the west side of Logan Avenue, from Eastern Avenue to a point 90 metres north. 10. Directed the applicant to post a 24-hour monitored construction hotline number on the hoarding board, which must be prominently placed and legible from 20 metres and on all elevations from the construction site. 11. Directed the applicant to provide and install public art, including mural artwork, in collaboration with the STEPS Initiative or an artist on the StreetART Toronto roster onto every elevation of the hoarding board with adequate spotlighting for night-time illumination, at their sole cost, to the satisfaction of the Ward Councillor. 12. Directed that Logan Avenue and Eastern Avenue be returned to their pre-construction traffic regulations when the project is completed. 13. Directed the applicant to sweep the construction site daily and nightly, or more frequently as needed to be cleared of any construction debris and made safe. 14. Directed the applicant to pressure wash the construction site, both sidewalks and roadways of Booth Avenue, Logan Avenue and Eastern Avenue, weekly, or more frequently as needed to be cleared of any construction debris and made safe. 15. Directed the applicant to ensure that the existing sidewalks or the proposed pedestrian walkway have proper lighting to ensure safety and visibility at all times of the day and night. 16. Directed the applicant to establish a Construction Liaison Committee made up of local residents and business owners to the satisfaction of the local Councillor, that the Committee is to meet weekly at the beginning of construction, and that minutes of the meetings are forwarded to the Local Councillor. 17. Directed the applicant to provide a sufficient number of traffic control persons on a daily basis to control construction vehicle access and egress to and from the site and maintain a safe environment for the public. 18. Directed the applicant to include Shared Use Lane Single File Signage on both Logan Avenue and Eastern Avenue.
