Transportation Services recommends that the portion of the public lane abutting 1789 and 1791 St. Clair Avenue West (the "Lane") be permanently closed for incorporation into the adjacent development site. Pursuant to a land transfer agreement, a new public lane will be constructed in the east-west direction outlet to Ford Street and will be transferred to the City and subsequently dedicated as a public highway.
