As the city filed it
In November 2019, the Bloorcourt Village Early Learning Centre, located at 823 Dovercourt Road, contacted my office to report that the current pick-up/drop off zone, which operates from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, in front of the centre can no longer accommodate their needs. According to the Centre, parents often park in the adjacent 'no standing' zones when they pick-up/drop-off their children.
