As the city filed it

My office has received reports of speeding and dangerous driving on Niagara Street between King Street West and Bathurst Street. This portion of Niagara Street is near an elementary school, a daycare, and a highly used local park. At the October 2019 Community Council meeting, the speed limit was reduced from 40 km/h to 30 km/h on Niagara Street, between King Street West and Bathurst Street. After receiving the reports of speeding and dangerous driving, I received a petition for the installation of speed humps totalling 91 signatures from local residents.
