The Toronto and East York Community Council: 1. Prohibited westbound U-turn movements at all times on Moore Avenue, between Mount Pleasant Road and Clifton Road.

Local residents have requested a turn prohibition which will prohibit westbound U-turn movements at all times on Moore Avenue, between Mount Pleasant Road and Clifton Road. The intent of this prohibition is to stop U-turns at this intersection which have increasingly placed pedestrians, cyclists and drivers at risk. Transportation Services staff have been consulted and have no objection to the proposed prohibition.

Staff recommended

Councillor Layton recommends that: 1. The Toronto and East York Community Council prohibit westbound U-turn movements at all times on Moore Avenue, between Mount Pleasant Road and Clifton Road.
