As the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) operates a transit service on all four legs of this intersection, City Council approval of this report is required. Transportation Services is requesting approval from City Council to reconfigure the intersection of The Queensway, Queen Street West, King Street West and Roncesvalles Avenue, as well as the approaches to the intersection. Also, this report includes required traffic and parking regulation amendments associated with this project.

Staff recommended

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services, recommends that: 1. City Council approve the alteration of The Queensway, Queen Street West, King Street West and Roncesvalles Avenue intersection and its vicinity, as shown in the Drawing Nos. 421G-3297, 421G-3304, 421G-3305, 421G-3306 and 421G-3307 dated January 2019 and attached to the report from the Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services, dated January 21, 2019.
