That the Toronto and East York Community Council adopt the recommendations in the report (January 29, 2019) from the Director, Community Planning, Toronto and East York District, amended by replacing Recommendations 1 and 2, as follows: 1. Staff schedule a community consultation meeting for the lands pertaining to 133-141 Queen Street East and 128 Richmond Street East, which includes the provision of light refreshments and, when required, childcare and accessibility resources including sign language interpretation at the sole cost of the applicant, together with the Ward Councillor.

This report provides information and identifies a preliminary set of issues regarding the application located at 133-141 Queen Street East, and 128 Richmond Street East. Staff are currently reviewing the application. It has been circulated to all appropriate agencies and City divisions for comment. Staff will proceed to schedule a community consultation meeting for the application in consultation with the Ward Councillor.
