On the agenda
As the city filed it
Business owners on the north side of Jenet Avenue have informed me that it is a challenge to load and unload goods due to illegally parked cars blocking access to their loading docks. The purpose of this motion is to prohibit parking in front of the loading docks and in turn facilitate loading and unloading.
Staff recommended
Councillor Bailão, Ward 9 Davenport recommends that: 1. The Toronto and East York Community Council prohibit parking at all times on the north side of Jenet Avenue, between a point 34 metres west of Lansdowne Avenue and a point 50 metres further west.
