The decision
2019-02-14 · Toronto and East York Community Council · adopted
As filed
The Toronto and East York Community Council: 1. Directed Transportation Services to enter into an encroachment agreement for 226 Greenwood Avenue.
On the agenda
As the city filed it
226 Greenwood is home to Maha's Restaurant, which has become an East End institution. However it has recently come to light that the prior owners of the building never entered into the necessary encroachment agreement with the City after construction. An agreement has been drafted by Transportation Services, and is ready to move forward, it only needs formal approval. I am asking that you support my motion to approve the agreement and not cause undue delays.
Staff recommended
Councillor Fletcher recommends that: 1. Toronto and East York Community Council directs Transportation Services to enter into an encroachment agreement for 226 Greenwood.
