Transportation Services is requesting approval to rescind the alternate-side parking regulations on Melita Avenue, between Christie Street and the east end of Melita Avenue. Parking will be provided on the both sides of the street year round and will provide additional on-street parking spaces.

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Toronto and East York Community Council rescind the existing parking prohibition in effect from the 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, 16th day to the last day of each month, from April 1 to November 30, inclusive, and from December 1 of one year to March 31 of the next following year, inclusive, on the north side of Melita Avenue, between Christie Street and the east end of Melita Avenue.
