As the city filed it
This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority to make a final decision, provided that it is not amended so that it varies with City Policy or by-laws. Transportation Services is requesting approval to extend the stopping prohibition in effect at all times on the west side of Oriole Road, from a point 15 metres south of Oriole Gardens to a point 17 metres further south. This is in response to multiple instances where a parked vehicle would partially block the driveway access for 74 and 76 Oriole Road, adding difficulty to vehicle entrance or egress manoeuvres.
