Staff to schedule a community consultation meeting to be held in May for the application located at 954-958 Broadview Avenue and 72 Chester Hill Road together with the Ward Councillor. 2. The community consultation notice be expanded beyond the 120 meters in consultation with the Ward Councillor, with any additional mailing costs to be borne by the applicant. 3.

City Planning to meet with the Ward Councillor and representatives from the local residents associations including Helliwell Place, Playter and Chester Hill Cambridge Thorncliffe to identify their concerns and provide an opportunity for their feedback. 4. The Letter from the Heliwell Place Resident's Association (TESupp. 5.32.3) be referred to Community Planning Staff for consideration. 5. City Planning in consultation with the Ward Councillor convene a stakeholder committee to address local concerns.

This report provides information and identifies a preliminary set of issues regarding the application for an 18 storey seniors' residence located at 954-958 Broadview Avenue and 72 Chester Hill Road. Staff are currently reviewing the application. It has been circulated to all appropriate agencies and City divisions for comment. Staff will proceed to schedule a community consultation meeting for the application with the Ward Councillor.

The City Planning Division recommends that: 1. Staff schedule a community consultation meeting for the application located at 954-958 Broadview Avenue and 72 Chester Hill Road together with the Ward Councillor. 2. Notice for the community consultation meeting be given to landowners and residents within 120 metres of the application site, and to additional residents, institutions and owners to be determined in consultation with the Ward Councillor, with any additional mailing costs to be borne by the applicant.
