Approved the closure of the east sidewalk on Maud Street, between Richmond Street West and Adelaide Street West, from May 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020. 2. Rescinded the existing standing prohibition in effect at all times on both sides of Maud Street, between a point 16 metres south of Richmond Street West and a point 60 metres further south. 3. Rescinded the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times on both sides of Maud Street, between Richmond Street West and Adelaide Street West.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority to make a final decision, provided that it is not amended so that it varies with City policy or by-laws. A 13-storey condominium is being constructed by MOD Developments at 497-511 Richmond Street West located in the south-east quadrant of Richmond Street West and Maud Street. Transportation Services is requesting approval to close the east sidewalk on Maud Street adjacent to this site to facilitate construction operations for a period of 21 months.

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services, recommends that: 1.
