On the agenda
As the city filed it
This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority to make a final decision, provided that it is not amended so that it varies with City Policy or by-laws. Transportation Services is requesting approval to increase the current parking prohibition on the south side of Heath Street West from a point 21.6 metres east of Deer Park Crescent to a point 34.7 metres further east. This is in response to multiple instances where a parked vehicle would partially block the driveway access for residents between 67 and 71 Heath Street West.
