The Toronto and East York Community Council: 1. Authorized the relocation of the existing on-street electric vehicle charging station parking area on the south side of Wellington Street West to be in effect between a point 42.5 metres east of Clarence Square and a point 11 metres further east, and amend the related parking regulations as set out in Attachment 1 to the report (March 28, 2019) from the Director, Transportation Policy and Innovation.

This staff report is about a matter for which this Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services, working with Toronto Hydro, is in the midst of implementing the placement of electric vehicle charging stations associated with the On-Street Electric Vehicle Charging Stations - Pilot Project. In doing so, it was determined that the two Community Council approved locations on the south side of Wellington Street West, east of Clarence Square be shifted the equivalent of one parking space (i.e.

The Director, Policy and Innovation, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Toronto and East York Community Council authorize the relocation of the existing on-street electric vehicle charging station parking area on the south side of Wellington Street West to be in effect between a point 42.5 metres east of Clarence Square and a point 11 metres further east, and amend the related parking regulations as set out in Attachment 1 to the report dated March 28, 2019 from the Director, Transportation Policy and Innovation.
