Authorized parking for a maximum period of 15 minutes from 8:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m., from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., and from 3:15 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the east side of Osler Street, between a point 41 metres north of Connolly Street (south intersection) and a point 39 metres further north. 2. Prohibited parking from 9:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and from 12:45 p.m.
