Authorized the installation of traffic calming (speed humps) on St. Clair Gardens, between Ascot Avenue and St. Clair Avenue West. b. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter the roadway on St. Clair Gardens, between Ascot Avenue and St. Clair Avenue West, for traffic calming purposes, generally as shown on the attached copy of Drawing No. 421G-3452, dated June 2019 to the Letter (June 7, 2019) from Councillor Bailão; and c. Reduced the speed limit from 40 km/h to 30 km/h on St. Clair Gardens, between Ascot Avenue and St. Clair Avenue West, when the speed humps are installed.

Residents along St. Clair Gardens have expressed a desire to see the installation of speed humps on their street from Ascot Avenue to St. Clair Avenue West. Residents on St. Clair Gardens indicate that motorists travelling along the street are doing so in an unsafe manner and that speed humps are required to reduce vehicle speeds.
