Approved the continuance of a boulevard café permit located at 519 Danforth Avenue frontage and Fenwick Avenue flankage for a patio measuring 13.9m x 3.9m as described in the revised Attachment 1 to the report (May 29, 2019) from the Director, Business and Licensing and Regulatory Services, under the following conditions: a. That effective noise mitigation is implemented for neighbours to the south.

2. Requested the Director, Business Licensing Municipal Licensing and Standards to report to the October 10, 2020 meeting of Toronto and East York Community Council with a report on any issues identified with the operation of the flankage patio during that time.
