This report provides information and identifies a preliminary set of issues regarding the proposal to redevelop the lands at 2946-2968 Dundas Street West. The Zoning By-law Amendment and Rental Housing Demolition applications propose an 8-storey mixed-use building with 102 dwelling units, including 8 rental replacement units. Staff are currently reviewing the applications. They have been circulated to all appropriate agencies and City divisions for comment.
