Staff schedule a community consultation meeting for the lands pertaining to 1485-1525 Yonge Street, 1-31 Heath Street East, and 30-38 Alvin Avenue, which includes the provision of light refreshments and, when required, childcare and accessibility resources including sign language interpretation at the sole cost of the applicant, together with the Ward Councillor.

2. Notice for the community consultation meeting be given to landowners and residents within 120 metres of the site, and to additional residents, institutions and owners to be determined in consultation with the Ward Councillor, with any additional mailing costs to be borne by the applicant.

This report provides information and identifies a preliminary set of issues regarding the application located at 1485-1525 Yonge Street, 1-31 Heath Street East, and 30-36 Alvin Avenue. Staff are currently reviewing the application for a mixed-use development including three residential towers. It has been circulated to all appropriate agencies and City divisions for comment. Staff will proceed to schedule a community consultation meeting with the Ward Councillor.
