As the city filed it
In June 2019, I received a petition from residents and business owners on Pelham Avenue requesting parking changes on that street. According to business owners and residents, the demographics have changed and the lack of parking has been impacting clients and visitors that are trying to access the area. The requested changes are the removal of the existing 'no parking' regulation that is in effect between, 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, and the introduction of a one hour parking limit between, 9 a.m.
