Rescinded the existing one-hour maximum parking regulation in effect from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the west side of Campbell Avenue, between Dupont Street and a point 51 metres south.

Based on the development agreement for No. 299 Campbell Avenue, Site Plan Application No. 12 236808 STE 18 SA, parking is to be prohibited on the west side of Campbell Avenue, between Dupont Street and a point 51 metres south. This property is located on the south-east corner of Dupont Street and Campbell Avenue. A new public lane at the south end of the property will be part of the fire route for the property. The proposed parking prohibition will provide access for fire trucks between Dupont Street and the new public lane.
