Directed the applicant to provide and install public art, including mural artwork, onto every elevation of the hoarding board with adequate spotlighting for night-time illumination, at their sole cost, to the satisfaction of the Ward Councillor. 8. Directed that St. Patrick Street be returned to its pre-construction traffic and parking regulations when the project is completed.

Transportation Services is requesting approval to close the east sidewalk and a portion of the northbound lane on St. Patrick Street for a period of 38 months. Lanterra Construction Management LTD. is building three towers, 17, 36 and 39-storey condominium.

The project includes three and a half levels below grade with the P1 level for Toronto Parking Authority (TPA). The site is located on the east side of St. Patrick Street, between Dundas Street West to the north side, Simcoe Street to the east and Michael Sweet Avenue to the south. To enable construction, the applicant requires the aforementioned closures.

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services, Toronto and East York District recommends that: 1. Toronto and East York Community Council authorize the closure of the east sidewalk and a 1.5 metre wide portion of the northbound bound lane on St Patrick Street, from a point 84 metres south of Dundas Street West and a point 92 metres further south and provision of a temporary pedestrian walkway within the closed portion of the northbound curb lane, from October 14, 2019 to December 31, 2022.

Toronto and East York Community Council rescind the existing commercial loading zone in effect at all times, on the west side of St. Patrick Street, between a point 109 metres south of Dundas Street West and a point 12 metres further south. 5. Toronto and East York Community Council enact a commercial loading zone in effect at all times, on the west side of St. Patrick Street, between a point 146 metres south of Dundas Street West and a point 17.5 metres further south. 6. Toronto and East York Community Council direct the applicant to post a 24-hour monitored construction hotline number on the hoarding board, which must be prominently placed and legible from 20 metres and on all elevations from the construction site. 7.
